Up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser for our jute mill in Howrah. The candidate will be responsible for handling buyer communication, product development, order coordination, and ensuring the timely delivery of jute products as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with buyers regarding product specifications, samples, and approvals. Manage product development, costing, and price quotations. Follow up with production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain order sheets, production reports, and shipment schedules. Ensure quality standards are met as per buyer requirements. Handle communication with suppliers and vendors for raw materials if required. Monitor inventory levels and assist in planning production. Resolve any issues related to orders, delays, or quality concerns

Requirements:

Graduate/Relevant diploma preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in merchandising (jute/textile/garments industry preferred). Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word). Ability to manage multiple orders and work under deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
