Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, coupled with excellent leadership and organisational skills. This role involves overseeing product developments, displays, ensuring that merchandise is presented attractively, and driving sales through effective visual merchandising strategies. The Merchandiser will also collaborate with various departments to align merchandising efforts with overall marketing goals. The main business of the company is Production and Export of Leather Products to Various Countries around the Globe.

Duties

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales Create visually appealing displays using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to attract customer attention. Conduct regular assessments of merchandise presentation and make necessary adjustments. Maintain an organised workspace, keeping all merchandising materials readily available. Utilise time management skills to meet deadlines for seasonal promotions and product launches.

Skills

Proficiency in English Language Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating promotional materials. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. Strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide team members effectively. Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of merchandising principles and practices. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely execution of merchandising plans. Administrative experience to assist with reporting and documentation related to merchandising activities.

Pay: ₹100.00 - ?150.00 per hour
