? Coordinate effectively with Departments (Production, Quality Check, and Packaging &Shipping) for order fulfillment
.? Ensure Accuracy & Quality Specifications for all shipments dispatched to clients.
? Be the Single Point of Contact for all client inquiries.
? Coordinate with sample department for timely & accurate sample development forclients.
? Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
? Coordinate client's visits.
? Coordinate with stores team to ensure all client specific material is in stock.
? Be aware of all aspects of the products being sold, i.e. Costing, Pricing, Materials used,Breath & Depth of collection, Production process, etc.
