Job Description

Procurement of Raw Material:

Efficiently manage the procurement process for all raw materials required in the manufacturing of uniforms, ensuring quality standards are met and costs are optimized.

Labor Management:

Lead, motivate, and manage labor forces effectively to ensure productivity and adherence to production schedules. Address labor concerns, allocate tasks based on skills, and implement labor-saving techniques.

Production Oversight:

Ensure that production activities are executed on time and to the desired quality standards. Monitor production processes, make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines, and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Experience in Stitching:

Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in stitching and garment manufacturing to oversee production, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the highest quality of finished products.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of all operational processes, including procurement, production schedules, labor records, and compliance documents. Ensure accuracy and accessibility of records.

Stock Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance of stock levels for raw materials and finished products. Implement inventory management practices to ensure availability of materials and minimize overstock.

Quality Control:

Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Noida Sector 12, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Procurement: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 2 years (Preferred)
