You'll be responsible for identifying the right suppliers, developing high-quality and cost-effective products, and ensuring smooth coordination from sampling to production. You will play a key role in discovering new materials, understanding market needs, and transforming ideas into ready-to-launch lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities

Source materials, manufacturers, and vendors across lifestyle categories Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and quality expectations Conduct product R&D: materials research, prototype development, and sample evaluation Coordinate sampling, testing, and product refinement Maintain production timelines and ensure quality standards Identify new product opportunities by researching trends and market gaps Work closely with design, marketing, and operations teams for product rollout

Key Requirements

1-3 years of experience in merchandising, sourcing, or product development Strong knowledge of vendor ecosystems (local + international preferred) Understanding of production processes, materials, and costing Strong negotiation and communication skills Good analytical ability to evaluate samples, quality, and pricing Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
