Assist senior merchandiser in developing samples (proto, fit, PP samples).
Coordinate with sampling team for timely preparation of each sample stage.
Collect required trims, fabrics, and accessories for sample development.
Ensure samples follow the approved tech pack, measurements, and style details.
Track sample status and update senior merchant daily.
Arrange sample dispatch to buyers and maintain courier records.
Follow up with buyers for sample comments and forward them to related teams.
