Job Posting: Merchandiser / Senior Merchandising Coordinator - Garment Manufacturing

Location: Tirupur

Experience: 10-15 years in garment merchandising

We're expanding our merchandising operations and looking for a detail-driven, proactive Merchandiser who can independently manage sampling, trims, vendor coordination, TNA, and production follow-ups.

What you'll do:

Manage end-to-end merchandising for multiple clients Coordinating with production, sampling, and QC teams Prepare and maintain TNA sheets and production trackers Coordinating with production, sampling, and QC teams Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely execution Verify documentation accuracy and update systems regularly Support product development, sampling, and approvals Preparing costing, quotations, and order follow-ups Identify gaps and improve process reliability Sourcing, making offers and preparing itinerary for buyers.
What we're looking for:

Strong organisational and follow-up skills Ability to handle multiple orders without losing detail Experience with garment production cycles, fabrics, trims, and sourcing Comfort working in a fast-moving setup Ownership mindset and clear communication
Good to have:

Experience with merchandising software tools, Leadership or team-guiding exposure
