Key Responsibilities

Build and drive the T&A calendar for each style (PP/size set ? pilot run ? inline ? final). Convert tech packs into factory-ready checklists (measurements, construction, operations list, trims references). Conduct pre-production meetings; freeze operation bulletin with IE/PPC. Plan and follow up on pattern, marker, cut plans; ensure cut quantity vs order, manage cut-to-ship %. Coordinate line loading, style changeover, and daily WIP with PPC/line supervisors. Track inline quality (DHU), rework and rejection; trigger corrective actions with QA and line leaders. Maintain daily production MIS (output, efficiency, WIP, bottlenecks) in Excel/Sheets/ERP. Ensure fit/PP/sample approvals are implemented on the floor; keep controlled revision history. Organize pilot runs and sign-off before bulk; verify SPI, attachments, trims application as per spec. Ensure packing, folding, ticketing, carton specs match buyer standards; hand over to dispatch on time. Drive 5S and Lean basics on line (standard work, defect tagging, root-cause logs). Support vendor/stores coordination for sample/production issues without doing purchasing.
