Key Responsibilities

Communication with Buyers:

Understand buyer requirements. Share design ideas, samples, and get approvals. Clarify specifications regarding fabrics, trims, accessories, etc.

Product Development:

Coordinate with the design team to develop samples. Arrange materials (fabrics, trims, embellishments). Ensure samples meet the buyer's quality and design expectations.

Costing and Negotiation:

Prepare cost sheets including fabric, trims, labor, shipping, and overheads. Negotiate pricing with buyers and vendors.

Production Planning and Follow-up:

Create time and action (T&A) calendars for production stages. Monitor production progress and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with the production, quality, and logistics teams.

Sourcing and Procurement:

Source suitable materials at competitive prices. Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to avoid production delays.

Quality Control:

Ensure that products meet buyer specifications. Coordinate with the quality team for inspections and audits.

Documentation and Logistics:

Handle purchase orders (POs), invoices, shipping documents. Coordinate with freight forwarders for timely delivery.

Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and garment construction Time management and multitasking abilities Attention to detail Analytical and negotiation skills
Experience- 5 years
