Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Product Development: Work with designers, buyers, and suppliers to develop new products, including sampling, prototyping, and fitting.

2. Create and Manage Tech Packs: Prepare and maintain technical packages, including specs, measurements, and labeling requirements.

3. Source and Develop Trims and Fabrics: Research and source materials, trims, and accessories, ensuring quality, cost, and availability meet requirements.

4. Manage Production Planning: Assist in creating production plans, including setting deadlines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.

5. Conduct Quality Control: Inspect garments during production to ensure quality meets standards.

6. Maintain Relationships with Suppliers: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, trims, and accessories.

7. Assist in Costing and Pricing: Help calculate costs, including labor, materials, and overheads, to determine pricing.

8. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Research and report on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
