Coordinate with buyers for product requirements, order details, and approvals.
Develop samples and manage sampling process with the production team.
Prepare costing, quotations, and maintain product specifications.
Follow up on production status, quality checks, and on-time order execution.
Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials, trims, fabrics, and packaging.
Maintain T&A (Time & Action) calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
Handle communication through email with buyers and vendors.
Assist in preparing packing details, shipment plans, and supporting export documents.
Update order tracking, reports, and maintain all merchandising records.
Skills Required
Strong communication & email handling skills.
Good knowledge of production processes and materials.
Understanding of sampling, costing, and order follow-ups.
MS Excel proficiency; ERP knowledge added advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Qualifications
Graduate in Fashion, Textile, Business, or related field.
Experience in merchandising in a manufacturing/export company preferred.
