Plan, develop, and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for timely product sourcing and delivery.
Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory across showrooms or retail outlets.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer preferences to guide buying decisions.
Maintain product displays and ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines.
Prepare reports on sales, stock movements, and market feedback for management review.
Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal planning.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align merchandising activities with brand objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Merchandiser, preferably in the
interior, furniture, retail, or fashion industry
.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
Good understanding of product trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
