Key Responsibilities :

Assist with

sample development

and coordinate with the design and production teams. Support in maintaining

order files, costing sheets

, and

Time & Action plans

. Coordinate with the

production team

for fabric, trims, and raw material availability. Follow up on

sample approvals

with buyers or buying agents. Maintain Excel/Google Sheets for order tracking, stock, and production status. Assist with

quality checks

during sampling and before final dispatch. Support communication between internal departments (design, production, purchase). Manage basic documentation and email communication.

Skills Required :

Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and trims (preferred). Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email writing. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Willingness to learn and grow in the merchandising field.
