About Job Role :

We are looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to support our product development, order coordination, and production tracking processes. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about fashion and product execution, who can bridge the gap between design, production, and sales. The role requires strong coordination, data handling, and vendor management skills to ensure smooth execution from sampling to dispatch.

Candidate Requirements & Skills :

Basic knowledge of merchandising, sourcing, or inventory coordination Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable working with data (VLOOKUP, filters, pivot preferred) Eye for fashion trends, fabric types, and color combinations Good communication skills in English/Hindi for effective vendor and team coordination Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines Exposure to garment sampling, production tracking, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage

Responsibilities & Duties:

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for order execution Monitor product availability, pricing, and stock levels Track samples, approvals, and order status Assist in range planning, catalog preparation, and product listing Maintain records of inventory, purchase orders, and dispatch schedules Support buying decisions by analyzing sales and stock reports Ensure timely follow-up on deliveries, quality checks, and returns
Working Days: 6 days/week (or as per company policy)
