II. Retail Operations & Visual Merchandising

Retail Leadership:

Provide hands-on

Retail Outlets Management

, ensuring all stores meet operational standards.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee daily

, including security, maintenance, and administrative tasks.

Store Inventory:

Conduct in-depth

Inventory Management In & Out

Serve as the lead

Team Development:

on product knowledge, selling techniques, and visual standards to cultivate a high-performing retail team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Merchandising, Product Management, or Retail Operations (experience in home furnishings or textiles is a plus). Demonstrated ability in vendor negotiation and cost analysis. Strong understanding of retail inventory management and sales forecasting. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience training and managing retail staff. A keen eye for design and visual merchandising to create engaging in-store experiences. Ability to travel locally within Florida to manage retail locations and attend vendor meetings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
