Understand client requirements and arrange fabric samples through courier.
Follow up on fabric development, calculations, and approvals for design and colors.
Coordinate with local and international buyers and suppliers.
Communicate with clients via email to address queries and provide clarifications.
Update clients on order status regularly.
Work with the design team to develop new designs as per client requirements and share them with clients.
Follow up on hangers and samples with the sampling team.
Create and maintain fabric and order databases.
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) in the ERP system.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and required quality.
Share shipment details with customers and coordinate with relevant departments.
Work with the accounts team for payment follow-ups and order closure.
Coordinate daily with sales and cross-functional teams.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
