We are looking for a proactive Merchandiser to manage and monitor product availability across retail stores in Mumbai. The role requires regular store visits, checking stock levels, coordinating with store staff, and ensuring timely generation of Purchase Orders (POs) based on stock availability and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit multiple retail stores in Mumbai on a daily basis.
Check product stock levels, display quality, and shelf presence.
Coordinate with store managers/buyers to generate POs as per product availability and demand.
Ensure all stores under the assigned route are covered systematically on a weekly basis.
Build strong relationships with store staff to ensure smooth order processing.
Provide daily/weekly reports on store visits, stock status, and POs raised.
Support in improving product visibility and ensuring planogram compliance.
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma holder (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, sales, or FMCG/retail operations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai.
Self-motivated and result-oriented with good time management.
