Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser for Men's Bottom Wear to manage product planning, stock availability, store coordination, and visual presentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabrics, fits, trends, and retail merchandising in men's apparel.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute merchandising strategies for men's bottom wear (trousers, jeans, chinos, joggers, etc.) Coordinate with stores to ensure correct product placement, display, and stock rotation Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid overstock or stock-outs Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights for improvement Coordinate with production, sourcing, and warehouse teams for order execution Ensure visual merchandising standards are followed across stores Track slow-moving and fast-moving styles and take corrective actions Assist in seasonal planning, new product launches, and assortment planning Maintain accurate merchandising reports and MIS Support store teams with product knowledge and styling guidance
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in merchandising, preferably in

men's wear / bottom wear

Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, sizing, and trends in men's apparel Good analytical and MS Excel skills Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and retail stores Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to travel to stores (if required)
Experience:

Minimum

2-5 years

of experience in apparel merchandising
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
