Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser for our Men's Bottom Wear Garment Division. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in merchandising, export procedures, production coordination, and advanced Excel. The role involves end-to-end management of sampling, costing, production follow-ups, and timely order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete merchandising process for men's wear garments from development to delivery. Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and internal teams for sampling, approvals, costing, and production follow-ups. Prepare costing sheets, T&A (Time & Action) plans, and maintain all order-related documentation. Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with buyer and shipment requirements. Work closely with the production team to ensure quality, timelines, and order accuracy. Maintain reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel for tracking orders, production status, and inventory. Follow up with suppliers for fabrics, trims, and accessories as per buyer requirements. Monitor quality standards and ensure adherence to buyer specifications. Identify and resolve issues related to delays, quality concerns, and production challenges.

Skills & Qualifications

5-10 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the Garment Industry (Men's Wear). Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and production processes. Hands-on experience in export merchandising. Strong communication and coordination skills. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting, etc.). Ability to handle multiple orders, deadlines, and cross-functional coordination.

Age: 35 to 40 years

Education

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Apparel Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
