1. Manage team of sales force working on MBO's & LFS
2. Help them to follow SOP's of Counters & Motivate them to meet the assigned targets for the region
3. Ensure sufficient merchandise availability
4. Loss prevention & shrinkage control

8. Must have experience in apparel of handling MBO's & LFS stores.
9. Coordinating with departments for Inventory, Production, Merchandising and all
10. To visit stores, Manage and be accountable for the Performance of all Brand staff, boost up for to drive Good sales, take Day to day summary.
11. To motivate Store Managers and extract the maximum utilization, so that the team achieves their respective targets
12. Ensure that store team maintains daily stock count and global count on weekly basis, visual merchandising, grooming etc.
13. Maintain strong relationship with Distributors/Agent/ DM/SM
14. Manage and do followup for the timely refilling of Inventory/stock on all stores
15. To keep Self updated of all product Categories manufactured by the Brand, to push them to Store's location as per their requirements and taste.
16. To analysis the Category of Products/Articles those are fast running in Store.
17. To prepare the analytical reports regarding Staff, Location, Product, Performance as well as to keeps strong Monitoring on Profitability.

Pay: ₹12,240.22 - ₹46,545.31 per month
