Merchandiser - Home Appliances

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic

Merchandiser

to manage product display, stock planning, and sales promotion for home appliances. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products are presented attractively, available in the right quantity, and promoted effectively to maximize sales and brand visibility in stores or showrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute

merchandising strategies

for home appliance products Ensure

proper product display

, visibility, and brand representation at retail outlets and showrooms.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams

for promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Monitor

inventory levels

, stock rotation, and replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking. Collect and analyze

market and competitor data

to identify trends and opportunities. Train and guide

store promoters and sales staff

on product features and selling points. Maintain

planograms and visual merchandising standards

as per brand guidelines. Build and maintain relationships with

retail partners, distributors, and dealers

. Provide feedback on

customer preferences, product performance, and sales patterns

. Ensure compliance with

pricing, discount, and promotional policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management

, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience as a

Merchandiser

in

home appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG

. Strong understanding of

retail display principles and inventory management

. Excellent

communication and negotiation skills

. Proficient in

MS Excel, PowerPoint

, and reporting tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations. Good knowledge of

market trends and customer behavior

in the appliance sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with major appliance brands (e.g., LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Panasonic, etc.). Understanding of

retail analytics tools

and

POS data analysis

. Strong

visual merchandising and presentation skills

. Willingness to travel frequently to retail outlets and dealer locations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
