We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Merchandiser
to join our Home Furnishings Division. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, a good understanding of merchandising processes, and the ability to manage end-to-end product development and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with buyers and suppliers for product development & sampling.
Work on product costing, pricing, and order processing.
Ensure timely execution of orders from sampling to shipment.
Maintain product data sheets, purchase orders, and shipment schedules.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications.
Track production timelines and coordinate with internal teams.
Analyze market trends, designs, and materials related to home furnishings.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation for merchandising activities.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in merchandising (Home Furnishings, Textiles, Export House preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, and home decor products.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
