Job Description

Home Textiles / Garments company is looking for a smart and detail-oriented Merchandiser to handle product development, order processing, vendor coordination and customer communication . The candidate must have strong knowledge of fabric, trims, costing, sampling and production follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Handle buyer communication and order enquiries
Develop samples as per buyer specifications
Coordinate with design, sampling and production departments
Prepare costing sheets & BOM (Bill of Materials)
Follow up on raw material sourcing - fabric, trims & accessories
Monitor production timelines and quality requirements
Handle T&A (Time & Action) calendar tracking
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and logistics team
Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods
Maintain order status, reports and documentation
Support marketing & sales teams in new product development
