Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end buyer communication
(emails, calls, follow-ups)
Coordinate with buyers on
product development, costing, sampling, and order execution
Manage
order tracking
, production timelines, and shipment schedules
Prepare
cost sheets, T&A, order confirmations, and packing details
Liaise with internal teams (sampling, production, quality, logistics)
Support
marketing activities
:
Buyer presentations & product pitches
New buyer development & enquiry follow-ups
Trade fair / expo coordination (if applicable)
Maintain strong buyer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent
English communication
(written & verbal)
Strong
buyer-handling and negotiation skills
Good understanding of
export documentation & merchandising
Marketing mindset with ability to
promote products and company strengths
Proficient in
MS Excel, email communication, and reporting
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in
Textiles / Fashion / Merchandising / Business
Experience working with
international buyers (US, EU, Middle East)
Exposure to
home textiles / garments / made-ups
(as applicable)
