Job Description

Role Summary



The Salesman will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, promoting printing solutions, and increasing revenue in Bangalore's competitive printing market. The role requires strong communication, field sales experience, and knowledge of printing processes

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Lead Generation



Identify potential customers: garment factories, exporters, FMCG companies, corporates, advertising agencies, printers, packaging units, etc. Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and cold calls. Promote company services such as: ? Offset printing? Digital printing? Label & tag printing? Packaging materials? Stickers & branding items

2. Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand client needs and recommend suitable printing solutions. Handle inquiries, quotations, pricing, and negotiations. Ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction.

3. Coordination & Delivery Follow-up



Coordinate with production/design teams for job updates. Ensure timely delivery and quality checks. Communicate job status to clients.

4. Market Research



Stay updated on competitor pricing, trends, and new printing technologies. Identify new market segments in Bangalore.

5. Reporting



Maintain daily sales reports and client visit logs. Update the management on sales pipeline and closures. Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
