Position: Part-Time Merchandiser
Location: Bangalore (Zone-wise deployment)
Type: Part-time/full-time
Interview Mode: Virtual
Work Days: 15 days/month (Alternate-day model)
Shift: 6-8 hours per shift
Stipend: 15,000-20,000/- for 30 days + incentives
Duration: December 2025 - May 2026
Training: Provided
Responsibilities
? Visit 10 retail outlets per shift
? Maintain warm displays & chillers
? Ensure stock availability
? Deploy POSM elements (wobblers, stickers, standees)
? Maintain chiller purity
? Daily reporting with photos
? One outlet spot selling each shift
Eligibility
? Diploma / UG students (any stream)
? Batches: 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026
? Ages 19-25
? Kannada + English, Basic Hindi
