Job Description

The Merchandiser acts as a key link between clients and the production team. This role involves managing orders from sampling to final dispatch, ensuring all client requirements are accurately communicated, and maintaining smooth coordination for timely deliveries. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of garment production timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between clients, design, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution. Handle client inquiries, understand requirements, and prepare order details accordingly. Monitor the progress of samples and production batches to ensure adherence to delivery schedules. Maintain daily communication with buyers to provide updates and address feedback. Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, approvals, and production timelines Coordinate fabric and trim sourcing as per client specifications..

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment manufacturing processes. Ability to manage multiple client orders simultaneously with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and documentation
