Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with buyers and vendors for product development, sampling, approvals, and order execution.
Monitor production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and costs with suppliers to maintain profitability.
Track inventory levels, shipments, and stock replenishment.
Ensure product quality standards and specifications are met.
Analyze sales trends, market demand, and customer preferences.
Maintain detailed documentation of purchase orders, approvals, and reports.
Collaborate with design, sourcing, logistics, and quality teams for smooth operations.
Visit factories or vendors as required for inspections and production monitoring.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textiles, Business, or related field.
2-6 years of experience in merchandising (retail/export/fashion industry).
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of product costing, sourcing, and supply chain management.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders/projects simultaneously.
