Experience

: 2+ years of experience in jewelry retail, wholesale, or manufacturing operations.
Experiece with Microsoft and Google Sheets.

Data Management: Maintain an accurate data of all styles, including specifications for metals, stone weights (carats), clarity, and cut.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Excel to create pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

Pricing Models: Develop and update pricing sheets in Excel.

Vendor Liaison: Communicate technical requirements to manufacturers and track production timelines using master spreadsheets.

Merchandising Support: Assist the sales and marketing teams by providing accurate technical data for product listings.

Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of precious metals (gold, platinum, silver) and gemstone identification.

Technical Literacy: Ability to read CAD designs or technical spec sheets and understand jewelry construction terms (e.g., settings, shank types, plating).

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
