Job Title: Merchandiser

:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Merchandiser who will be responsible for managing client orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of the entire merchandising process. The candidate must be able to communicate professionally through calls and emails, maintain follow-ups, and ensure timely delivery of all orders.

Responsibilities Key:

Coordinate with clients for order requirements, approvals, updates, and feedback through calls and email communication.

Handle end-to-end merchandising activities including sampling, costing, order booking, and production follow-ups.

Maintain regular communication with production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure timelines are met.

Track order status, prepare order sheets, and maintain proper documentation for all ongoing and completed orders.

Monitor material availability, inventory status, and ensure required materials are arranged on time.

Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Handle client queries, send order updates, share reports, and manage correspondence through professional emails.

Ensure product quality standards and coordinate with the quality team for inspections and approvals.

Assist in preparing reports, maintaining data, and updating order tracking sheets.

Support management with any additional merchandising tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills with the ability to handle professional email coordination.

Good knowledge of merchandising processes, production cycles, and order management.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and email drafting.

Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and coordinate with multiple departments.

Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong follow-up skills.

Prior experience in merchandising (textile/garments/footwear manufacturing preferred).
