Job Title: Merchandiser
About the Role (Overview)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal
candidate should have a solid understanding of the textile and garment industry, strong analytical
abilities, and excellent communication skills. This role involves coordinating with internal teams,
suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of merchandising activities.
How You Will Add Value (Core responsibilities)
? Assist in the end-to-end merchandising process, including sampling, production follow-
ups, and order execution.
? Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery
of materials and finished goods.
? Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to orders, timelines,
and production status.
? Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and suggest improvements to enhance overall
efficiency.
? Prepare and manage Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards for better planning
and monitoring.
? Support in cost analysis, price negotiations, and quality checks when required.
? Ensure that all merchandising activities comply with company guidelines and client
requirements.
? Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress, challenges, and
solutions.
What You Bring to The Team (Experience & Education)
? Basic knowledge of the Textile and Garment industry and understanding of production
workflows.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with teams and
external partners.
? Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports,
etc.).
? Experience of 2-3 years in merchandising or a related field (preferred).
? Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or a relevant discipline.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹43,395.90 per month
