to ensure order execution Responsibilities:

Buyer Communication:

Maintain direct communication with buyers regarding order requirements, samples, approvals, and production status.

Understand and clarify buyer tech packs/spec sheets and ensure accurate execution.

Order Management:

Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, purchase, and logistics) to ensure the timely processing of orders.

Monitor order progress from sampling to final shipment.

Sampling & Product Development:

Develop and dispatch samples as per buyer requirements.

Coordinate with the design and production team for product development and improvements.

Production Coordination:

Follow up with the production team to ensure order execution meets timelines and quality standards.

Resolve any production-related issues in coordination with QA/QC teams.

Vendor Management:

Liaise with job workers, fabricators, printers, and other vendors for timely execution.

Ensure procurement of raw materials as per the buyer's standards.

Costing & Negotiation:

Prepare cost sheets and negotiate pricing with vendors and buyers.

Ensure cost-effective execution without compromising on quality.

Documentation & ERP:

Maintain all records related to sampling, orders, approvals, and dispatches.

Update ERP systems or Excel trackers regularly.

Logistics & Dispatch:

Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.

Manage shipping documentation and follow up for tracking.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication & coordination skills

Working knowledge of fabric, trims, garment construction (for apparel)

Time management and ability to multitask

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), ERP systems

Problem-solving and attention to detail

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in Fashion/Textile/Apparel Management or any related field

Diploma in Merchandising (preferred for non-graduates)
