Plan and supervise production, shifts, and resource allocation
Ensure product quality and SOP compliance
Monitor team productivity and escalate issues
Coordinate with Finishing, Dispatch, and Operator Head
Maintain production records and dashboards
Lead meetings to align on targets and timelines
Submit weekly performance reports
Research new designs and materials for product development

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
