We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between various branches and units, ensuring seamless order processing, timely follow-ups with clients, and maintaining accurate records of dispatch communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate effectively with internal branches and production units to ensure smooth workflow.
Enter and manage sales orders accurately in the system.
Follow up with customers for delivery updates and payment collection.
Maintain and track AWB (Air Waybill) numbers and ensure all client communications are properly documented.
Support in documentation, dispatch planning, and customer service-related tasks.
Address client queries and resolve order-related issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com / BBA / related field).
2-3 years of relevant experience in merchandising roles.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/sales software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure.
