The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple orders and timelines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete order lifecycle -- from confirmation and sampling to production follow-up and final delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for buyers/customers, ensuring timely updates and clear communication.
Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.
Prepare and maintain documentation such as POs, T&A, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
Monitor order progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Stay updated with market trends and customer preferences to offer relevant solutions.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Textile, Fashion, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of merchandising experience, preferably in the textile/apparel industry.
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines..
