Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Merchandiser

to manage client coordination, support the production process, and assist with sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of merchandising workflows, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Client Coordination

Communicate with clients to understand requirements, product specifications, and order details. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding order status, approvals, and updates. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Production Coordination

Work closely with the production team to ensure timely execution of orders. Prepare and share production plans, timelines, and reports. Monitor order progress, quality checks, and ensure adherence to client specifications. Handle sampling, costing, and documentation as needed.

Sales Support

Assist in managing sales inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations. Support business development activities by identifying client needs and suggesting suitable products. Maintain sales records and update CRM or internal systems.

Merchandising Tasks

Manage product listings, item details, and pricing updates. Coordinate approvals for samples, trims, and artwork. Ensure smooth order processing from start to finish.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile, Business, or a related field (preferred). 0-1+ years of experience in merchandising, production coordination, sales, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
