Key Responsibilities

Order Management

Manage end-to-end order processing: from receiving purchase orders to coordinating with production, logistics, and finance teams.

Sample Development & Coordination with the Sampling/ Production Teams

Track order progress, ensuring accuracy, timely dispatch, and adherence to export compliance/documentation.

Sales Operations & Documentation

Prepare and review proforma invoices, export documents, and payment schedules.

Market & Data Analysis

Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review.

Conduct competitor and market research to support the export sales strategy.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with production and logistics teams to align deliveries with client requirements.

Support senior sales managers in presentations and client proposals.

Process Improvement

Ensure the CRM and internal systems are regularly updated with accurate client/order data.

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of experience, ideally in design-led or luxury categories. Experience in Furniture Industry is desirable. Excellent ability to read Furniture Drawings & product Drawings. Excellent communication in English Excellent knowledge of MS office, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint Friendly, team-player and someone with perseverance. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
