Job Title: Merchandiser - Hardgoods (Export)

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for buyers - handle daily communication, product queries & order updates.

Manage sampling - from development to timely dispatch & buyer approvals.

Monitor production closely - ensure quality, timelines, and buyer specifications are met.

Coordinate with design, QC, packaging & logistics teams for smooth execution.

Ensure quality control as per AQL / buyer standards and manage 3rd-party inspections.

Maintain trackers for samples, orders, quality checks, and shipments.

Share regular status reports internally and with buyers.What We're Looking For:

? 3-6 years' experience in hardgoods exports (glass, metal, wood, ceramics)

? Strong communication skills - written & verbal

? Hands-on with production follow-up, quality monitoring & documentation

? Good with Excel & reporting tools

? Proactive, detail-oriented & deadline-driven
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,407.75 - ₹41,011.46 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Merchandising: 2 years (Preferred)
