About the Role

We are seeking an

experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the garments/textile industry and a strong background in production follow-up, quality control, and coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between production teams, subcontractors, and customers--ensuring timely delivery of high-quality garments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production activities and conduct quality control at all stages. Prepare and review

weekly production status reports

with the merchandising team. Identify potential production issues or delays in advance and take proactive measures. Coordinate with merchandisers and subcontractors for production changes or amendments. Conduct quality inspections during fabric, initial, and in-process production stages. Manage

lab dips, lots, and sample submissions

to customers for approval. Ensure seamless coordination among production, quality, and merchandising teams to meet

delivery timelines and quality standards

Experience & Qualifications

5-7 years of experience as a

Merchandiser

in the

garments or textile industry

. Strong understanding of

production processes, quality control, and garment construction

. Excellent communication and coordination skills with teams, subcontractors, and clients. Skilled in preparing and analyzing production reports and implementing corrective actions. Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under deadlines. Knowledge of

lab dips, samples, and approval procedures

in garment manufacturing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
