Job Description

Buyer communication:

Act as the main point of contact for buyers, handling their inquiries, and conveying requirements to internal teams.

Sourcing and sampling:

Source materials and factories, and oversee the creation and approval of samples, incorporating buyer feedback.

Order management:

Receive and analyze orders, break them down into production sheets, and manage the order process to meet deadlines.

Production coordination:

Ensure production runs smoothly by coordinating with internal departments such as cutting, production, and packing to meet the buyer's specifications.

Quality control:

Perform quality checks and audits at various stages to ensure the final product meets the required standards before shipment.

Costing and negotiation:

Negotiate prices for materials and production to ensure profitability for the export house.

Shipment and documentation:

Manage the final shipment of the order and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
