We're seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Merchandiser who thrives in both physical and digital retail environments. This role is a hybrid of exhibition leadership and online merchandising--perfect for someone who understands the pulse of ethnic fashion and knows how to make it shine across platforms and borders.
Key Responsibilities
? Exhibition Leadership scout and shortlist garment and ethnic wear exhibitions across India and globally
- Coordinate participation logistics including stall setup, product curation, and branding
- Lead SYSHA's presence at exhibitions, ensuring high engagement and sales conversion
- Represent SYSHA with professionalism and cultural sensitivity across diverse markets
- Track ROI and provide post-event analysis to inform future participation
Online Store Merchandising
- Curate and update product listings to ensure visual appeal and clarity
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align content with seasonal campaigns
- Write compelling product descriptions that reflect SYSHA's brand voice
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize listings for conversion
Work Schedule
- Standard workweek: Monday to Friday
- Exhibition periods: Flexibility required, including weekends and extended hours
- Travel: Frequent domestic and international travel; all expenses covered by SYSHA
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in fashion merchandising, retail, or exhibition management
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of ethnic wear trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with travel and fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus
