Need *Merchandiser* for our Leather Manufacturing Industry!
Position: Merchandiser
Qualification: Any Bachelor\'s degree
Experience: 2 - 3 years
Salary: 15,000 to 20,000/- (Based on Experience)
Required Skill set : Maintain comprehensive records of customer orders, communication, legal documentation, payment history, and EXIM operations
Languages known: Tamil, English, Hindi

1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business, International Trade, Law, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in merchandising, customer relationship management, and EXIM operations in a manufacturing andinternational trade environment.
3. Strong knowledge of legal documentation, export-import regulations, and international trade compliance.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural communication proficiency.
5. Detail-oriented mindset for accurate order processing, documentation, and compliance.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex international trade challenges.
7. Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
8. Strong negotiation skills for payment follow-up, dispute resolution, and international trade agreements.
