Job Description

Expertise in managing the end-to-end merchandising process from product development to production delivery, ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and adherence to timelines. Skilled in managing bulk fabric and trim ordering with minimal wastage and precise costing throughout the development process. Strong ability to coordinate pre-production and post-production activities with external (buying houses) and internal (factories) stakeholders. Experienced in TNA monitoring, buyer/buying agency coordination, and handling woven apparel categories, especially women's wear Adept at client relationship management, acting as the primary contact for international buyers, ensuring seamless communication and timely approvals.. Demonstrates excellence in communication, negotiation, and delivering high-quality products on time while maintaining ON TIME PCD performance. Collaborate with production, QA, and logistics teams for smooth execution. Ensure compliance with quality standards and handle buyer inspections.
