About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Fashion Merchandiser

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of

production handling, manufacturing planning, inventory management, and Excel skills

. This role requires excellent coordination between design, production, and sales teams to ensure timely execution of collections and smooth production cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the entire

production process

from order placement to final delivery. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure smooth workflow. Create and manage

production schedules

and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain

inventory control

and optimize stock planning. Prepare and analyze reports using

MS Excel

for tracking production and inventory. Work closely with the design team for fabric sourcing, trims, and accessories. Ensure

quality checks

are in place at every stage of production. Coordinate with buyers/clients for approvals and timely updates. Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve product planning.

Skills & Requirements

Female candidate (required). Strong knowledge of

manufacturing planning, production scheduling, and inventory control

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and basic computer applications. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Previous experience in fashion merchandising / production coordination will be an advantage.

Benefits
