We have urgent requirement for Merchandiser Cut Catalogue Specialist as per below responsibilities.

Merchandising Responsibilities:

Product Development:

Collaborating with designers and product development teams to create commercially viable and on-trend products. Sourcing fabrics, trims, and other materials. Managing the sampling process and ensuring samples meet specifications. Analyzing market trends and competitor products to inform product development.

Order Management:

Overseeing the entire order process, from placement to delivery. Coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and other vendors. Tracking production timelines and ensuring timely delivery. Managing inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.

Costing and Pricing:

Calculating production costs and setting competitive prices. Negotiating with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing.

Quality Control:

Ensuring that products meet quality standards throughout the production process. Conducting quality checks on samples and finished goods.

Sales and Profitability:

Analyzing sales data and identifying bestsellers and underperformers. Developing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Managing markdowns and promotions.

Communication and Coordination:

Communicating with various stakeholders, including designers, buyers, and suppliers. Facilitating clear and timely communication throughout the product lifecycle.
Catalogue/Presentation Responsibilities:

Conceptualizing and Designing Catalogs:

Developing creative concepts for product presentation in catalogs or online stores. Working with designers and photographers to create visually appealing content. Ensuring the catalog effectively communicates the brand's message and product features.

Content Creation:

Writing compelling product descriptions and marketing copy. Selecting appropriate imagery and graphics. Ensuring accuracy of information in the catalog.

Coordination and Production:

Managing the catalog production process from start to finish. Working with printers or online platform providers. Ensuring timely delivery of the catalog to the target audience.
Key Skills:

Strong understanding of the garment industry, including product development, manufacturing, and retail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus. Creative eye for visual merchandising and product presentation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
