Job Description

The purpose of this role is to ensure the technical specifications of the product by collaborating with different functions at the stage of product development.

I. Key Accountabilities - Do (Tasks)

Be an integral part at the time of prototype development, Coordinates with functions to assure the appropriate choice of material, technique and equipment needed to achieve a feasible design.

Ensure semaless collaboration between production, design team, sourcing and marketing during the product development stage. Provide technical inputs in the product prototype, assist in quality checks and apply technical knowledge to imporve the product.

Collaborate and create tech packs and BOM at the product development stage.

Support design team in full prototype development, sample process, provide new market sources and pricing strategies.

Provide inputs in finalizing prototypes in terms of fabric, fiber, embroidery basis the strength, width, shrinkage, colorfastness, etc.

Coordinate with the production team to drive smooth order processing and maintain quality control of garments.

Identify any production gap in terms of customer requirements and reflect to achieve maximum quality.

Analyzes customer reactions and market trends and collaborate with designer to ensure collection's alignment with customer preferences.

Analyze sales figures and plan for growth and expansion as per the market changes to optimize sales volume.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
