Title: Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product visibility, optimizing inventory levels, and enhancing in-store customer experience to drive sales. You will work closely with store managers, suppliers, and the sales team to maintain visual standards and ensure timely product availability.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement merchandising strategies for assigned products and retail locations Ensure shelves, displays, and product layouts are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or suppliers for timely replenishment Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, pricing, and promotional displays Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to optimize product performance Create and update planograms in alignment with brand guidelines Support promotional campaigns, seasonal setups, and new product launches Build strong relationships with store staff and management Prepare merchandising reports, including stock movement and competitor activity Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and merchandising standards

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail role Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits Good physical stamina for lifting, stocking, and long periods of walking Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory updates

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
