Job Title: Merchandising & Client Coordination Executive - Footwear Industry

Location: Kalher, Thane District (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000 - ?30,000 per month

Industry: Footwear Manufacturing (Open to Apparel / Fashion Merchandising Professionals)

Preferred: Female only with footwear Size 37 accurate.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandising & Client Coordination Executive to join our dynamic team in our shoe manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with clients, overseeing sampling to dispatch timelines, and maintaining top-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client communications via email and phone; build strong customer relationships.

Plan timelines for all orders -- from sampling to final dispatch.

Coordinate and follow up with internal teams to ensure on-time execution of each process.

Ensure accurate sampling and production as per client specifications.

Update clients regularly on order progress and follow up on required documentation, payments, and delivery terms.

Negotiate costings and manage purchase orders related to sampling and production.

Supervise and instruct the QC team to maintain high-quality standards.

Ensure timely and flawless execution of both sampling and bulk production.

Report daily updates and manage records efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1+ year of experience in footwear, apparel, or fashion merchandising preferred.

Strong communication skills (email & verbal) and client-handling ability.

Detail-oriented with good follow-up and coordination skills.

Proficiency in basic computer tools (Excel, Email, etc.)
Fresher in Footwear Industry can apply.

Location: In-person at our Thane-based facility
