We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Merchandiser

Beauty and Personal Care

category to manage field sales and merchandising activities in

Modern Trade outlets

across

Chennai

.
The ideal candidate will ensure product visibility, planogram compliance, stock availability, and promotional execution at store level.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute merchandising standards at modern trade stores Ensure stock replenishment and FIFO Coordinate with store staff and sales teams Track and report on competitor activity Implement promotions and secondary displays

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in field sales/merchandising (Beauty & Personal Care preferred) Experience with Modern Trade outlets (e.g., Reliance, Big Bazaar, etc.) Good communication and store-level negotiation skills Local candidates preferred
