Key Responsibilities
Manage product sourcing, vendor development, and buying for LSP categories.
Identify and onboard new suppliers for trending, quality, and cost-effective products.
Plan assortments based on sales performance, seasonality, and customer insights.
Coordinate with design, quality, and logistics teams for timely product development and delivery.
Track competitor and market trends across Amazon, Etsy, and other online platforms.
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times to achieve margin and cost targets.
Ensure product listings, descriptions, and attributes are aligned with online selling standards.
Maintain buying records, product performance data, and vendor scorecards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion, Merchandising, or Business Management.
1-3 years' experience in
buying, sourcing, or merchandising
